All content, design, and code of Game Night is owned by us or our licensors. The board games featured are based on publicly known rules and mechanics. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works of the service without our permission.
Your display name, room membership, and game actions are transmitted to other players in your room solely to enable gameplay. Rooms are designed to expire after 24 hours, and expired room data is removed during scheduled cleanup rather than guaranteed instant deletion at the 24-hour mark.
Game Night is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the service, including but not limited to disconnections, game bugs, lost progress, or disputes between players.
We reserve the right to terminate access for any user who violates these terms or disrupts the service for others.
