Overview
Each player has 4 coasters — 3 flowers and 1 skull. Place them face-down, then dare others to flip without hitting a skull. It's pure bluffing.
How to Play

Place: Everyone takes turns placing one coaster face-down. After the first round of placing, you can place another OR start bidding.

Bid: Declare how many coasters you think you can flip without hitting a skull. Others must raise or pass. Last bidder standing flips.

Flip: You MUST flip all your own coasters first, then choose from others (always from the top of their stack).

Result: Flip your bid number without a skull? Earn a point. Hit a skull? Lose one of your coasters permanently, drawn at random from all of them (in hand or on the table) and kept secret from the others. Either way, the challenger starts the next round.
Winning
First to 2 points wins. If you lose all your coasters, you're eliminated. If everyone except one player is eliminated, that player wins.
Strategy Tips
💡
Place your skull early in your stack (first), then pile flowers on top. If forced to flip your own stack, you'll hit flowers first. But if someone else targets you, they hit the top (flowers) before reaching your skull. The real game is reading other players — did they place their skull or not?
